Congratulations on your engagement! In this studio, we are firm believers that love is love and the beauty behind every love story deserves to be told and celebrated. After 6 years in the wedding industry, wedding stationery holds a very special place in my heart. I've witnessed first-hand that every love story is different, and that is why I take the same approach when crafting your invitations. With Dragonfly Paperie, your wedding invitations will be truly one-of-a-kind. We will have one-on-one design consultations, bringing your unique story into every step from concept to design. I love working directly with my couples, creating artwork and printed heirlooms that are unlike anyone else's. Because this is such a hands-on process, I recommend reaching out as soon as possible to book your invitation suite!
Working with Dragonfly Paperie is a hands-on, interactive process. We will be working together to bring elements of your love story into your design, and I want you to enjoy this experience with one another as we delve into the details of what makes your relationship uniquely yours. Get a feel for the step-by-step process below!
After you inquire, we can set up a video call to talk through the details of your wedding stationery. We will go over all of your must-haves, work out the pieces and quantities you need, share any inspiration that has caught your eye, and discuss your budget. All of this helps me to be able to get your custom proposal together.
Once I have the information I need, I'll get to work on crafting a custom proposal for you. This will include the budget we discussed, pieces included, and the agreed-upon mailing date. Ready to move forward? Sign the proposal and send it back along with your 50% deposit.
After booking, we get right to work! The first step is to get to know you and your fiancé(e) better. Your love story is uniquely you, and I want to capture that in your invitations. We start with 3-5 concept proposals, and from those we build your design direction, tweaking as much as we have to – this will be the foundation of your stationery suite!
The next step is complete design mockups in the computer. I'll go through each piece of your suite with detailed descriptions along with the design, show you any art creation that I've made for you, and give you a visual of what the full suite would look like together. From this point, we have up to four revisions before moving to print.
When you sign off on your digital proof, I begin ordering materials to get you a printed proof. I ship you a physical, final copy of your invitation suite as your guests would receive it. If after you receive your printed proof you want to make changes, we can discuss if there will be additional cost or timeline changes on a case-by-case basis.
Almost done! Once you sign off on your printed proof I get started in the studio, assembling each piece by hand. The best part? I stuff, stamp, and mail your invitations to your designated guests for you! Postage and mailing service is included in every package. You'll receive your own invitation in the mail along with your guests.
Your invitations are your guests' first glimpse into your wedding day. Investing in quality, custom stationery is investing in an heirloom that can be cherished and framed in your home. While the Dragonfly Paperie studio can accommodate any quantity — including single-suite keepsake invitations — there is a minimum investment of $400 for wedding suites. This includes all artwork creation, a one-of-a-kind design, and more (read below for all inclusions). The average Dragonfly Paperie client will spend $1,600 on their wedding invitation suite, based on a quantity of 100 three-card invitation suites. Day-of stationery is also available and will be priced out on a per-client basis depending on what you need and the style of your stationery.
Typically included in every Dragonfly Paperie wedding contract:
Containing element (i.e. vellum wrap)

Keepsake copy of your invitation suite
