Q: Can I just buy wax seals / supplies?

A: No, Dragonfly Paperie is not a shop. Wax seals and other finishing touches can be a part of your custom stationery package, but they are not sold by themselves through us. Our creative partner, Artisaire, is our go-to for wax seals and sealing supplies.

Q: Can I add things on later or change my mind?

A: Absolutely! As we move through your design process, you can add additional items or change your embellishments at any point up until you sign a print release. Please inquire to learn more about what is included in every package and our available add-ons and upgrades.

Q: I found something I love on Pinterest, can you base your design off of it?

A: While I welcome your inspiration and ideas, I will not replicate or copy an existing design — even if it's my own! I do not sell templates or semi-custom options. Each design I make is unique to the consumer.

Q: What if I have no idea (or too many ideas!) of what I want?

A: Perfect! That's what I'm here for. My favorite part of the process is learning more about my couples and turning those personal and unique details into art. I will come up with a few different concepts to help get you inspired, and from there we work together to decide on a design direction before any artwork is even created.

Q: How long does the process take?

A: We require a minimum of 14 weeks to complete your custom design and mailing process, however we are booking 12-18 months in advance. When you book with us, you will receive a timeline of your design process from start to finish, based on the agreed upon mailing date.

Q: Do you offer calligraphy?

A: Yes! AlliCat Calligraphy is the calligraphy partner for Dragonfly Paperie. If calligraphy is something you know you want to include in your package, please mention it in your inquiry form or during our consultation so that we can crosscheck availability. If you are only interested in calligraphy and not a stationery or invitation suite, please reach out to Alli directly.

Q: Do you offer save the dates or day-of pieces?

A: Of course! We love teasing your invitation suite design with a save the date and then carrying that design over into your big day for a seamless and cohesive aesthetic.

Q: Do you charge extra to make custom artwork for my stationery suite?

A: Every contract with Dragonfly Paperie includes a number of pieces of custom artwork. If you want to add additional pieces, you may do so for an artwork fee. Please inquire to learn more about how our pricing structure works, and what is included in every package.

Q: Do you have a minimum quantity?

A: No! I love working on small projects and keepsake pieces. Our base wedding packages include up to 50 suites, but for smaller quantities we can discuss options for how to make the most of your minimum investment — even if it's just a single keepsake invitation.
